Meet results
(CL2 files) that are submitted for loading
into the national times database must
be set up in Hy-Tek in the correct format and
named correctly. The correct format is:
YEAR, LSC, MEET NAME Example:
2004 SE October Open. Please do not
include anything else. If time trials are
run, a separate CL2 file (with the time trial sanction
number) should be submitted and the time trials named
as: 2004 SE TT October Open. The location
of the meet is: CITY, STATE Example:
Nashville, TN Please DO NOT use facility or pool
names. Effective immediately, any meet submitted
in the incorrect format will be returned to the host club
for correction.
* Please send
me the cl2 and the meet manager backup,
AFTER the meet has been cleared by the registration
Chair (Tom Healey) to be downloaded into
SWIMS. *Send the name of the Head Referee to Trish
* Please check
all relays for correct information-(4
swimmers, correct lead offs).
* Remember to
send SES Top Five and Records Chair hard
copy of the meet.
